Maddie Peabody

As a four-year starting point guard and senior-year captain of her Division I college women’s basketball team, Maddie brings a natural team-first approach to her role at SIA. Serving as Senior Associate, Business Operations, she works across all areas of the firm to advance strategic initiatives, improve processes and help SIA operate more effectively and efficiently.

Maddie brings more than 10 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, operational transformation and business process improvement across both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining SIA, she spent more than eight years with a national consulting firm where she advanced from Consultant to Manager, partnering with organizations to improve operational performance, strengthen governance, modernize technology and lead complex cross-functional initiatives. Throughout her consulting career, she worked closely with executive leadership to develop strategic roadmaps, optimize business processes, implement organizational change and deliver solutions that improved efficiency and long-term business performance.

Maddie earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville College of Business and her Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from Lafayette College.
